1. Is a certified laser technician performing the treatment?
We only allow certified laser technicians perform laser and the treatments are performed in a safe, professional and medspa setting.

2. Are you using a Laser?
WE USE A LASER, an IPL is not a laser and may not be as effective - See Consumer Alert

3. Is the laser the right one for my skin type?
Fitzpatrick skin types I-III work best with a 755nm laser, which we have.  Scientific studies cite that the Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser is not best for light skin and dark hair - See Consumer Alert
